Cats' Corners: The Little House In the Woods

 koda has finally decided upon a Halloween costume; the child who bears a startling resemblance to the young RSL wants to be House!!!  Now, he already has the authentic, flame-emblazoned cane, he can limp on his right leg like a pro (mommy was his role model--hee), we got the stuff for fake facial stubble, and spray to gray his hair.  he's going to wear jeans, his orange and gray nike sneakers, and my "everybody lies" t-shirt.  what i need help with is this:  i know that--somewhere on the net--there exists a mock-up of house's hospital ID badge--and i NEED that graphic, desperately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
